Kim Schaller
Kim calls Pittsburgh her hometown. Her marketing career includes 30+ years at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, where she served as the first female Vice President in the company’s history. She was launched into a 3-year adventure in the middle of her Hershey tenure to Space Center Houston – working on a project with NASA/Johnson Space Center and the Disney Imagineers.
Kim is an enthusiastic learner, a globe-trotting hiker, and adoring mother of a daughter in Colorado. A newcomer to Lititz, she is delighted every day with the unending discoveries of the Coolest Small Town in America.


Jim Hoffer
Jim is native to Lititz. Starting his career in radio and TV in Lebanon and York, Jim built out a skill set that served him well as he moved up in his career to Connecticut and ultimately WABC in NYC. He was a multiple Emmy Award-Winning Investigative Journalist for over 20 years.
He recently moved back to Lititz and bought the historic warehouse The Lititz Shirt Factory, restored it and doors opened April 2021. An avid runner, cyclist, and proud dad of 2 daughters, Jim is energized about what lies ahead for Lititz Shirt Factory.
